I bought these for a trip to Cancun. It protected my phone really well from the water... I swam in the ocean and a cenote with this and there were absolutely no leaks. The things that didn't work so well were: 1) above water, the material made my screen much too sensitive and opened, closed, clicked, etc without me touching it... it was really obnoxious; 2) under water, the screen didn't respond to touch at all... frustrating, as I was hoping to take some underwater shots. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8, if that helps anyone. I realize it's supposed to be "waterproof" on its own, but I wasn't going to risk it for prolonged submersion.
Save your money. Doesn't work for underwater pics.

Unfortunately, this was a 2 star product. I purchased this product to take pictures of sea life underwater while snorkeling in the Caribbean. None of the underwater pictures turned out.
Pros: It kept my phone completely dry in the water. The touch screen on my phone worked if it was in the bag and the bag was dry. It also worked well to take pictures in the bag, above water or out of the water.
Cons: Underwater, the bag is only good for keeping the phone dry. You can not take pictures underwater if you have a Samsung Galaxy Edge phone. I have all the Edge features/sidebars turned off and my phone was still picking up the bag on the edges of the screen and all over the screen. It constantly kept closing out of my camera app or randomly opening new apps. You cannot use the touchscreen underwater. This was stated in previous reviews. But due to the rubber edges on the sides of the bag, it was difficult to snap pictures using volume buttons on the side of the phone. The pictures I did manage to take when my camera app would stay opened all turned out blurry. Even if I was stationary in the water and the fish were stationary, the pics were blurry. I had my boyfriend try taking pics with his phone in the second bag and he had the same results.
Overall, disappointed in the product given the overwhelming level of 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, I'm past the return window, but there are worse things in life than to be out $10.
