This design is what you think other French press mugs are going to be and aren't. Not only does it look good, but it is easy to use, durable, fast, clean (you don't end up with an overabundance of coffee grinds in your teeth like French press usually does), and very easy to clean. I made some coffee one morning, didn't finish it, and when I returned to it, the thermos aspects of this mug kept the remaining coffee tolerably warm even five hours later (this is an "above-and-beyond" kind of thing; I don't think they advertise this as such). I got this product while it was on sale, but now having it, I would have gladly paid full price for it.

I have been using the press for weeks now. It does make a perfect cup of coffee or if you chose you can take it with you. I travel globally so the Kohipress has become a stable companion on trips. I had a minor issue on delivery and Kohipress was excellent in getting another press to me.

Got this as a Christmas present for my college-aged ( always tired caffeine junkie) brother who doesn't have a coffee maker and probably wouldn't have time for one if he did.
