This product works perfect for us. Very portable, small and efficient. We have taken it with to the doctor and hospital and checked accuracy and it is right on. Runs on batteries or plug and the batteries last a long time. Customer service is fantastic!!! They take a lot of time with you and answer all questions. If they don't have the answer they will find it.
