Keeps things cold but knocked it off the counter once & it was dented. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed. Didn't think it would be so fragile or I would've bought a Yeti.

The company sent me a replacement stein at no cost! In fact, it was a complete surprise when it arrived at my door w/a letter apologizing for my experience w/initial stein. They read my review & sent out a new stein immediately! I'm so impressed w/this company's customer service & responsiveness! You just don't find that too often anymore. My new stein has been flawless & remained dent-free. I LOVE it!

Really nice water bottle. I like the coating on the outside. The bottle keeps things cold for a long time without ice. No leaking problems or any other cons as of yet.
I would recommend the flip and sip sport lid. Its a great addition for the stein, especially if you don't want to unscrew the original cap every time you want a drink. The spout is a little smaller than I was hoping for, but still works well. If you cover the whole spout with your mouth to drink it may require a little sucking to get a bigger drink, but if you don't cover the entire spout it pours out great.

As a bottle it works. Okay-ish. Still some sweating issues. But more upset the "wood skin" peeled off within less than 2 months. (Skin also clings to other objects) it doesn't travel much either and is mostly in a same office spot.
Edit: wrote to healthy human; who responded very quickly and have offered to send a replacement stein. Will update on how it goes again.

I ordered 3 - 40 oz bottles. The pink one is wonderful. The blue bottle has a dent at the bottom which was not due to poor packaging but looks to be a manufacturing defect. The black bottle has skewed threads, and it consequently leaks. I like the product, but 1 good bottle out of 3 is a pretty terrible ratio.
Also, that thing Healthy Humans prints on the bottom? "Born in Charleston SC, Responsibly made in China"? It's cute but complete BS. This is what happens when they choose to make their product in China.
**Update** Though Amazon has been very good with exchanging my faulty bottles, Healthy Human took the extra step of sending me a flip top cap free of charge and without my asking them. It did fix the leaking on the newest replacement bottle. In their note, they said they had a batch with faulty gaskets, which has now been straightened out with the manufacturer. I truly appreciate a company which takes the extra step to have awesome customer service.

I used to have a Hydro Flask but had trouble with the silicon ring inside lid, it would get moldy and I wouldn't be able to get the mold off the silicon ring. Decided to get a new water thermos and cam across the Healthy Human thermos! Love it! It's a bit lighter than my hydro flask, and not as wide but it is taller making it easier to grip the bottle when filling it and handling it. I've had a lot of compliments on the wood grain design! Really unique and I'm glad I bought it! Hydro flask on the left and Healthy Human on the right.
