PRO-It is easy to use and easy to clean, long electrical cord. Uses tap water. CON-even with adjustable steam,on the highest setting, you still need to very close, which in itself is not bad but the steam is very hot and you cannot adjust the temperature. Also because the water is so hot, if bumped or tipped you could easily be burned. I would love to have one with an adjustable temperature or a longer dispenser that it would cool a little before getting to your face.

I waited and waited for it to start steaming not realizing that it wouldn't actually show a lot of steam coming out so by the time we went to use it the water had already been used up. Wish it had a beep or something to let you know it was ready. After I realized it was out of water, I filled it back up and we were in business

Okay, so in the review options you can rate the "Flavor", well, I don't plan to taste this thing so, huh? Anyway, I really like this personal vaporizer. It puts out a lot of steam. It is easy to open and close. The volume of steam is also easily adjusted via a slider on either side of the unit. The cord is quite long, which is good since the instructions tell you to NOT connect it with an extension cord. It would be nice if the cord would unplug from the unit to make refills easier, especially if you have it plugged into an outlet that is behind something. This way you could unplug the unit, refill it, then reconnect easily. But that issue is not a game changer. Note, it does have two slots for vaporizer pads so you could mix and match your own blend of pads I suppose. I like it, I'll keep it, and use it.
