Wearing mine now, comforting for neck and shoulder pain. It is a bit difficult to keep the rice in the channels, they go back up to neck area, a design flaw. would have been nicer if each channel was separate to contain it's allotment of rice. I do like the portability, can have comforting heat while doing household chores, sitting at computer. It's warmth goes where I go.

Been having neck, head and shoulder pain for four weeks straight. Put this wrap in the microwave for one minute and put it around my neck. A day later I was able to turn my head both directions without pain and I feel much better already. I highly recommend this product

I'm very disappointed with this wrap! I ordered the "improved" version with the clay beads. The third day after receiving it, I put it in the microwave for one and a half minutes. When I took it out, beads flew out of it all over the kitchen. It was very hard to sweep up all of the beads rolling around on the floor. I sent a message to the seller three days ago and they have not replied. 😡
