I have to wear one every day and it's perfect for my mid-section. I'm short and overweight: 5'6" 250lbs (working on it). this fits perfect and provides excellent support for my hernia. it's made well and lasts a long time. I tried about 3 different binders before I found this one and I'm staying with this one.
