I had abdominal fat grafting surgery with exchange surgery, after having double mastectomy surgery, due to breast cancer. My surgeon said I needed 3 MONTHS of wearing abdominal compression/abdominal binders, 24/7. Not fun at all. I was starting to lose it with all the chaffing and the binder rolling and bunching, causing the tissue underneath to do the same. About a month in, I ordered these, and they've helped tremendously. They've flattened a bit, but I don't blame the foam pads. I'm wearing them constantly. I hope I can make it another 5 or 6 weeks with the same foam pads, but I don't think they'll last that long. I highly recommend these. I use 4 at a time, stuck side by side, all over the inside of the binder. I rotate between 3 binders and switch the foam pad positioning to try to reduce wear and tear.
