Missing Parts

Received this used product with screws and parts thrown in box as opsosed to a plastic bag. I had to hunt through the box to find each part one by one. Once all of the parts were organized, I discovered I was missing items for multiple parts required to mount this product (ie screws, brackets, etc). I had to contact the manufacturer's parts department to order the missing parts. It concerns me that Amazon is allowing this to occur. This is a floating entertainment center and could be a fatal hazard if mounted incorrectly falling on a toddler. Poor poor rating for safety concern.

A bit of a pain to put together. You definitely need a power screwdriver to get the screw installed. Otherwise it looks great. My wife really likes it so that is a big plus. The smaller size is plenty big for a bedroom.

I have upgraded my living room and my old TV stand of over ten years no longer matched. After hanging my tv on the wall I wanted something sleeker and space saving. This was perfect I got the 72 in Columbia's Walnut and it matches perfectly. There are very few pieces to putting this together but it is very sturdy and two people is recommended. I couldn't be happier it really pulls everything together nicely. And for reference my tv is 65in.
