OMG I can't say enough about this dress. I was so pleased with the quality. Thick material because of the under layer. Side zipper was perfectly hidden. Sequins sewn tight and covered entire dress. Absolutely stunning. Now about the fit (which was my biggest concern since I got the dress the day before my event), fit was as expected according to the sizing chart. I checked each of the categories prior to ordering. I am 5'4" and 130lbs. I tend to fall between a size 5/6 but am currently a healthy 6 (which is why i was worried). I have thick thighs and hips. I ordered a small and there was a little extra room throughout but it was tight enough to be smok'n hot. I did order a medium just in case and it was too big though I would have been fine with it if I had not ordered the small. I hope y'all enjoy the dress as much as I did. I plan to buy another color for next year. Oh- length was great too, the cut that everyone talks about landed several inches below my rear end. I had absolutely no issues with my bottom showing. The strings went just below my knees which is what i was hoping for.

For reference I'm 5'4 1/2" and am currently in a size 7/8. I ordered the medium in Green. Fit perfect.

I wasn't sure what to think of this style but I love the dress after seeing it and trying it on. It has enough stretch to be comfortable when dancing. It's fairly heavy as a dress so it feels quality in that respect.

I imagine the sequins will rub in a few spots after wearing it for a few hours but none appeared to on a quick try on and dance around the living room. There is enough stretch to allow me to do the dances I am comfortable with doing, but long strides could be confined.

I had a chuckle when trying on and the bottom sheer had moved. I recalled a reviewer somewhere saying they wished it was a bit longer or attached so it didn't ride or I'd have probably been wondering what was wrong with the dress. Instead I just adjusted the sheer so it lined back up. It didn't appear to move once in place.

My fiance loves the dress and can't wait for us to go somewhere I can wear it.

Based on others reviews on here, I ordered a small first and was even considering a medium b/c it seemed like from what people said, and from the way it fit in the pictures (quite tight on some folks!) that it ran very small. it does NOT run small if you are being true about your size. Here are my exact measurements for reference. 5ft 7 inches and about 112 lbs. I am NOT at all flat chested by any means. the length: perfect...below the knee w/the fringe reaching my mid calf. the small was def too LARGE. i got the X tra small and fits perfectly. as a mater of fact in the upper portion near the shoulders, it actually has some extra room. but this is a good thing b/c this is the style and it allows natural movement of my body. I was concerned that w/my chest, it would cut me off under the armpits and be too tight up top. nope! perfect!! to be honest, I could have even gotten away w/the small...even though it had a LOT of extra room, b/c of the 20s style, it still would have been OK for the themed event but it was clearly too big. the XS is perfect and not at all tight in the chest area. it is a themed event but did not want to look too "costume" and I am 40. wanted to still look "classy" and fun but not just "silly". this is perfect for that. The beading and fringe are good quality. some of the colors in this style, i did not care for. i feel the darker ones w/the black look good and not too over the top. Dark green/black was a great choice. I deducted one star b/c at the top there is some sequence that are multicolored mixed in w/the really pretty green beading of the rest of the dress. i feel these multicolor additions cheapen the look a bit. overall love it though and it will work great for the event. the Green is also easy to match w/a head piece. i got a peacock feather fascinator that works well w/these colors.

I bought this dress to wear to a Gatsby-themed wedding. Being a plus-sized woman (18W), my choices were limited. Read reviews and follow the company's sizing chart!! I ordered a 4X for the first time in my life! But I'm glad I did... Other than being loose in the chest, it fits perfectly. Slides right over my head, and hangs on my frame nicely. A few stitches under each arm should fix chest. Other reviews say the body of the dress (without the fringe) is too short in the back, especially if you bend over. I'm 5'8" and it falls just about mid thigh in the front (just below the knee with fringe) and covers what needs to be covered in the rear while standing. Ladies in dresses don't bend over at the waist, they bend their knees! But unless you're in the Ladies Room, a gentleman should pick up whatever you dropped 😉. Because color choices were limited in my size, I bought the champagne color (would have loved to have blue!!). A few beads will fall off, but all in all, I'm satisfied with this dress.
