I've missed NYC bagels since I moved south 13 years ago. When I found this offering on Amazon I couldn't order them fast enough and they did not disappoint. Great texture and flavor. While they are not always in stock I keep checking back for when they are. They freeze very well and I keep them fresh in the fridge. You will not be disappointed in these bagels.
I love cinnamon and apple together.

How Customer Service Ought To Be

I submitted a gift order but failed to change delivery address. When I tried to stop the order, I received an "out of office" email from Rob who had "limited email access". However, he replied almost immediately and assured me that they would deliver the bagels to the correct address no matter what it took. Also of note, is that simultaneously I called the company and actually got someone on the phone before "opened for business". George also said not to worry and it would be straightened out once staff arrived. And it was!
My friend said the bagels were fantastic and included whimsical instructions on eating now or freezing for future use.
Bravo. Every company should have such great customer service and product to match.

They were the most important thing in my head for so many years of my life. I never thought I'd see or taste them again and when I saw the pictures of them on your site I couldn't get them fast enough. I wasn't sure they would be the same as
I had them in 1972 and when they came from NY I and ate one I was so happy
because they were the ones I had eaten
so many years ago. The one that I got was "Everything".It was so soft and chewy . I couldn't get Pat to eat the same kind but the one that is in the store here.
I told him that he would love this one from NY and when he got the nerve to have it he couldn't get enough. We went through the box of 15 in about 8 or 9 days. So, I had to go to their website and order more. We decided to try different ones this order. I am so happy Amazon.com has the best of the best of all the ideas that I can get, and you can too.

The REAL Deal

I was born in Brooklyn, raised on Long Island and know real bagels from "bagels". These are authentic, large with crust on outside, soft on inside like from bagel shops and very delicious. They make great sandwiches but a purist prefers cream cheese, Nova Scocia lox (smoked salmon) and some would add a slice of raw onion. I am not Jewish but was brought up in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, a Russian/Jewish neighborhood. Slice and eat one or more when you get them delivered and hard freeze the rest. And DON'T microwave because it ruins them. Let them defrost naturally.
