Excellent product, worked exactly like it should, cleared the blockage in my ear and cheaper than going to a doc in the box.

The bottle is too small and does not generate enough pressure. The trigger is really hard to squeeze. This product does not perform it's intended job.

This tool works great! About four months ago, my ear was so impacted that I had to go see an ENT and get it's scrapped and sucked out. The whole process was painful. My husband is a family doctor and stayed on top of checking my ears regularly to see how quickly they would build back up. In four months they were so built up again that he couldn't see my ear drum. We tried cleaning them out with just a bulb syringe. But alas nothing was moving. He ordered this irrigation system online, and it worked great! I included pictures ( sorry, I know,they are gross ) we let some ear drops sit, did a couple rounds of irrigation, did some more drops, and by the last round of irrigating we moved the blockage in my ear. So easy and painless. I will be doing my other ear tonight! I already started recommending to friends and family!
Works for hard to reach wax

My daughter always seems to have deep somewhat impacted ear wax. She's had to get them cleaned at the doctor before and she hated it.
Figured I would try this and to my surprise it worked great. It's an odd sensation pumping water into your ear at first but after the first few squeezes it isn't bad at all.
Had to use a whole bottle full in each ear to remove her wax.

Have been trying for so many times. Did follow instruction, but it is not working. There is a note come with the item saying something like "may not work to somebody". The worst item i the purchase in years. The result is i still have earwax in my ear after 30 minutes trying to use your product.
