Pull tab on the smallest front pocket broke in the first week of use rendering that compartment useless now. Another pull tab broke, too, but the design on the larger compartment where it broke is different so that section is still functional. The straps are the best part of this bag because they stay in place much better (on winter puffer, non-fabric coats) than traditional straps.

This schoolbag is very good! I bought this because my of sons bookbag just broke. He instantly loved it! This school bag is very durable and people tried to take his a books as a joke but couldnt figure out where to open it. This school bag make carrying lots books a ease.
