The media could not be loaded. First, they were a bit tangled. Perhaps I contributed to it because they seemed to be tied off in sections. But me, being the eager beaver, untied them before laying them out and it got even more tangled. Or so i thought. I only spent about 5-7 minutes untangling. Once they were up... Beautiful!!! There are 8 settings and a timer. It comes with the remote, a little booklet and 1 or 2 extra hooks. They string up by the hooks. There are 12.

Takes a little patience to untangle the lights, but it didn't take long. Once untangled, they were easy to hang. I strung a wire across the top of my bay window, which made it easy to hang these lights from the plastic hooks that are attached. The 1st night I turned them on my neighbor texted me with how beautiful they looked.
