These are so much better than the bouillon cubes I get at the store. Actually taste some veggies in them and not so much salt. They work really well in zoodle dishes, too. I have tried all three of the BOU cubes and find them very full of flavor and enhance any dish or sauce I add them to...won't use anything else now that I've discovered these...Their line of gravies is really good too...! The gluten free component is a real plus so I can confidently make recipes for friends without worry. Nice to have a fresh face in the boullion market..!
Distinctive flavors, but chicken is not among them

This is probably fine for some, but there is a very distinctive aroma and flavor of herbs (ginger, lemongrass, turmeric) that overwhelms any semblance of chicken flavor in these bouillon cubes. I would recommend them as very well-suited to vegetable dishes, especially curries and middle eastern cuisine, but not as a substitute for an actual chicken broth, in cube form or otherwise.
