So let me start out by saying I installed this on my "˜14 HD street glide special. This is a decent led set up especially for the price. I'm glad I ordered the extra ring frame kit for $20 because I sure did need it. What I didn't need was low/high beam splitter adapter. Must have been for earlier models. I did need the other harness it came with though. This is by no means plug and play. I actually had to clip a few wires and solder them together. Black to black. Blue to red. Then I had the halo working. The low beam/ high beam was simply plug and play. Removed oem harness and replaced with new one provided. Not hard to configure if you have a basic command of wiring. No need for ground. It was built into the harness. Downloading the happy light app was easy and syncing the colored halo to my phone was easy. Works really well. So many different color sequences and strobe effects. We rode to a breast cancer awareness run with a few hundred bikes here in NY. Cool that I was able to make the halo pink for the cause. All in all it's worth getting. The plastic front cover is a little cheaply made but what do you expect for $80.

I bought this for my new 2019 Street Glide Special. I was worried about connecting the halo/bluetooth but the supplied harness was a true plug and play install. The positive off the halo connects to and can be crimped to a positive off the harness and then an easy connect of the black ground to the black wire off the harness and you're done. Literally installed in 10 minutes including taking off the headlight trim rings. I previously already had a pretty bright LED headlight, but this halo LED is even brighter amd way cooler. The halo itself gives off a ton of light to the sides. Love all the color options! This Halo LED will get the attention of drivers who may look past you otherwise. It is that bright and cool looking. I researched a lot of the other popular halo LEDs but most of those more expensive light's lumen capacity were no match for this light. All in all great value for the money and I'm very picky what I run on my new bike.

This headlight is an awesome upgrade for my 2021 Electra Glide. I hesitated at first because I wasn't sure if it was truly the right item. I'm glad I went ahead and purchased it.
It an amazing light improvement vs the stock product. I didn't connect the RGB LED feature yet. The instructions are very hard to follow. I'm going to take it to the shop and have them finish installing that part.
The only thing I disliked was the installation instructions. The video they send you to use, does not have the same components boxed in the kit.
At a fraction of the price, I'm still sure I made the right choice.

I purchased this Headlamp because of the Lumens it is supposed to put out. It does deliver on the Lumens on both Hi and Low beams BUT, on Low beam... it puts out a block of light instead of a flood, leaving dark spots on each side. In order to get rid of the dark spots, you'll have to either run auxiliary lights or, constantly run with the Hi beam on which is silly. This light does have a poor design on the projection lenes causing what I said above.
The installation was quick and easy as, it took me 15minutes to install this light on my 2017 Harley Streetglide special. So I don't know where the other reviewers are getting that it took them a couple of hours or, had to "splice" wires. If you follow the illustrated instructions and PAY ATTENTION to what you're doing, it'll be that easy. The only thing that you MAY run into issues with is the app for your phone to run the Halo. I had to go into the Google play store inorder to download it as, the Q R scanner that is sent, doesn't work.
The extra added touch to this was, that I received a stainless steel multi-tool in the box which was very nice of them to do.
