This is my first time buying sound town Amp I been doing a lots of searching for a month and finally I take a risk of sound town amplifier and I think I did good with this amplifier sound very nice and volume control it's powerful I'm not regret at all been using it every weekend we play band at the thai Restaurant Friday and Saturday ThankQ Sound Town for having this great amplifier ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Horrible smell of burnt electronics for over a week, or burnt SOMETHING, at least. Quite nasty. 4 stars only, due to shaking my confidence in it's quality before even taking it out of the box fully.
I bought the 2x1000w RMS model. My research indicated this amp was probably the most honest in it's power output ratings. They are ALL liars, in my opinion, but I would guess this one probably puts out 500 to 600 watts per channel RMS at 4Ohms.
BACKING UP MY CLAIM: The included power cable is only a 10 amp cord, (10Amp times 120V = 1200 Watts) so immediately that limits it to 600w x 2channels (less, due to thermal losses). Standard US 120V outlets are rated for 15 Amps (15A x 120V= 1800Watts), so 2000 watts continuous power? From a 1800w outlet, and a 1200w cord? Uhm, no. ;)
On a positive note, this thing can crank! The smell has dissipated, so now when I power it on, the only things I worry might burn out/blow up are my speakers!
