I realize all feet are different as are all inserts and these inserts were not meant for me so I took off 3 star. The other 2 stars are for the quality of the product. I suffer from a low/med arch, a heel spur, mod-severe ankle arthritis, and Achilles tendon issues all on my right foot. When I first tried these on for work and they were fine in the beginning and I felt the support of the arch, but as the night wore on my foot problems started getting worse and by the end of my work shift I was in pain and limping out to my car. I switched out the insoles for another brand and the next night (at work) my foot problems were slowly going away.
I had a really bad case of PF and my podiatrist recommended another insoles ...

This insoles really surprised me. I had a really bad case of PF and my podiatrist recommended another insoles that costed like 34 dollars so I looked for an alternative, a cheaper one. I found this and are GREAT. When my Dr saw this insoles he was surprised of how good they were and told me that he will now recommend this ones instead of the expensive ones. I bought the 9-91/2 (women) and they are perfect for my size 9 shoes; I didn't have to cut them.

I have medium arch and work 12 hr shifts in the hospital. Regular shoes just can't cut it. One shift I replaced the insoles with these bad boys and felt great the whole shift. Even better the following night, I was pain free.

I think these orthotic insoles are made very well, and thinkmthey will stand up to wear and tear better than other brands I have used. They have a good high arch and a good heel cup, without being too flimsy, yet not too bulky either. I will buy them again.

I am in love with these insoles! Bought these on a whim after trying every Dr Scholl's insole. I walk a minimum of 6 miles daily at work in boots, and these insoles have significantly improved my work day. I don't experience heel pain or leg pain anymore, thinking about even getting a pair for my regular shoes!
