Pricy but worth it

Absolutely love these. At the suggestion of my podiatrist, I got these for my Hokas. From the first minute, they felt good, and I can last all day in them. That never happened before. I have a moderate list of foot issues that I won't go into here, but I have never had the kind of comfort that Power Step gives. I absolutely hate paying what these cost, especially to put into $150 shoes, but then when I look at the surgery bill...it's a no-brainer. (I did get the "Bridge" line of Power Step, also. They feel great but squeak when I walk. I am back with these.)
If you're an athlete w/ high arches, GET IT!!

I have bought online 4 different brands for my high arches. I play competitive soccer and run a lot. Once again I started having leg issues , lower calf, and couldn't figure the problem, I thought my insoles were fine. Wrong!! None of them have strong high arch support like these!! The quality is higher than any I have ever had for twice the money. I just bought a 2nd pair before making this review. My severe low calf pain is almost gone in one day, I have a playoff game in 2 weeks and I know I will dominate due to these insoles!! Thank you! 6 stars!!

I went with these as I had some heel pain from plantar fasciitis. I didn't want to spend too much, hoping it would go away quickly. These inserts do help relieve some pain, but don't fit into my sketchers sneakers. I had another sneaker that had more stretch, so using them and they will be stretched out and have to go when done. The inserts do work, you do need a bigger shoe/sneaker, as with most inserts. They are a little hard, but I am getting some relief and the price point is good.

So I have used these just once, at this particular moment. I'll leave an update when I can. So far, my feet don't exactly hurt as I haven't been working as hard on them since I received my orthotics. They fit snug and perfect inside the shoe, as they should. I'm actually flat footed, so I don't exactly need arch support. However, these inserts do not hurt my feet when I take them off. Again, only time will tell. So far the only downside is, the back of the heel isn't exactly flush with the shoe, and as I know VERY little about podiatry, I'm sure they are suppose to do this.

My mom has a pair and loves the support. Her old pair has the letter B on the bottom. The new pair she just received has the letter D on the bottom. Both are 7 1/2 size. The new D is a littler wider and needs to be trimmed to fit her shoe. Her old 7 1/2 B was perfect fit. I didn't see a buying option for width just length. Omitted a star because of this.
