I really like this top. Based on reviews, I went up a size from my usual medium and am glad I did. I'm a shorty, 5'1". 140 lbs, and got the burgundy color. Nice deep red, not purplish as I'd feared. The top was as I'd hoped -mid way down my thighs to wear with leggings and boots. Being short, this worked for me. The top shapes nicely at the top. The darts and empire waist, as well as the V-neck and button detail provide a slimming, put together look, while hiding some belly, hips and thighs! The sleeves were long on me, but I just pushed them up a bit. The material is soft and stretchy, but not sloppy looking. It was a bit wrinkly upon arrival, so I just tossed it in the dryer with a wet towel to steam out a few wrinkles. That worked well - I hate to iron! I wore it to Christmas and New Year's parties and felt I looked feminine and put together, but also very comfortable. Haven't gotten around to washing it yet, but expect it will do fine on gentle cycle, a few mins in low heat dryer, then hang to finish. The top was perfect for what I wanted - a tunic, almost dress appearance with leggings.

This top is perfect for me. I am 5' 5" and weigh 180 pounds. I am not top heavy. I ordered 2X and in future will definitely get the 1X. I still Gove it 5 stars because a simple black belt gives waist definition. I eventually everything I own ends up in the dryer so I buy up to be safe. This does not shrink. It is long. I like that as you could wear is with thin leggings or black stockings. I think it looks great with regular leggings. I do not think it would go well with jeans BUT MIGHT if I nought the right size. It is not see through and I have wide shoulders and often the problem us to have comfort and ample room for shoulders and if you are well endowed it has give yet does not look baggy. The fabric is super soft and it has a nice drape. No bra straps showing. I work as a paralegal and while you want to look nice you are more active than one would think! Here is what I want to share. This is dressy enough but extremely comfy yet attractive. Two thumbs up

I like the color and the empire waist. Since I am petite, the length is a little longer than I expected, but it works with my leggings. The sleeves are also long on me. The fabric is comfortable and very forgiving. It came out of the package very wrinkled and crumpled up, but I hung it in my closet for a few days and the wrinkles were gone.

Fit is absolutely perfect. The length is great and the flow and cinching are so flattering. I ordered the white and it is definitely sheer enough you should layer a tank underneath. Didn't realize until I was out of the house!

Like it overall, just a little more sung fit than I like.
