used once now, really like it, i have processed hair, so i need a gentler hair dryer with end nozzle and the diffuser is nice bonus. you can turn the wind down and have great hot or warm air. It definitely polishes a bit better than my old dryer. no hair dryer is a miracle, your hair is your hair, but, cut the wind down a notch and have a great tip on the end, (that stays put!) helps. the only negative so far is that the cool shot,(which is great of course) is very touchy. its in the same place as every hair dryer, but it goes off very easy because of our hand placement. about 3 times in one drying session, all of the sudden my air was cool, and realized my finger was on it lol. not enough of an issue to take a star away. will continue to review as i use it more.

Lots of options, the diffuser is large, there are 2 different sized flat blowers. I don't like the knobs on the side, I always hit them with my hand while blow drying. It's light, quiet. The hang up dealy is stable not a flimsy plastic circle, it is part of the plastic.

So I read tons of reviews before purchasing a hair dryer. I settled on this one. OMG it's amazing! I was a little concerned about the small opening to blow air until I used it! It is POWERFUL! I have thick straight hair almost to my butt. Literally dried my hair in less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend. Also came with several cool attachments.
