I fought this thing for over an hour. Thought I was going to use it to make instructional videos for apps, and the game recording would be a nice bonus. After updating the firmware and trying every device possible (tablet, dvd player, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One), I downloaded (because the INCLUDED software is included at their website for download, not actually, you know, included.) The software since the NO PC MODE DID NOT WORK. Upon trying the pc mode I found that it claims EVERYTHING is copyrighted. Even things I recorded myself. Different file types, different devices, everything. Just bares a red light and claims you're trying to pirate EVERYTHING. Also, there's absolutely no support anywhere. You're on your own trying to figure any of it out.
Update:
After several more hours of messing with it, I got it to work. It will record 146MB at a time from my computer and has to be reset each time. That's around 2-3 minutes at most each time before resetting and starting over. Review stands, $200 hunk of garbage.

Great for streaming but, I get a copyright screen constantly. You have to unplug everything and plug it back in. Very annoying.
