Using these for TMJ pain. Every time I change out magnets and adhesive, they seem to work better. However, from my experience, they are NOT waterproof. Not a big deal, as you can keep them from getting wet with a little effort.

I used this on my shoulder area. It does stick on nicely and it works for me. An, it did stay on when I kept it on in the shower. Wish I could reattach it if I take it off. Requires a new/fresh adhesive.

Just received this acupressure magnet set and like it a lot. I had previously been wearing wrist bands for several points on and near my wrist and those worked well except that they moved around a lot. These magnets are staying in place. I expect they will stay in place for a few days before wanting to reattach them. Definitely like this set and would buy again if needed. Like that they are very affordable as well.
