This icing was a really nice consistency once stirred (as instructed on the container). The only downside is that this meant the container was not completely full to the top, but still plenty for what we needed. The vanilla icing is dairy-free and organic (with ingredients I could recognize), which is fantastic. It has a very light vanilla and coconut flavor to it.

A SUGGESTION: Add almond extract to this icing! It improves it so much! Tasted fantastic.

This frosting checks allllll of the boxes- it is natural, organic (non-GMO), made with high quality ingredients, and is an absolute hit with everyone that tries it! The texture is just perfect, allowing for a smooth and easy spread, with a creamy mouth feel. And how can you go wrong with the adorable little all-naturally colored sprinkles!? This has become my go-to frosting for all cakes, cookies and cupcakes I make at this point.

I have also tried all of the other flavors from this company, and they are all delicious, but the vegan cream cheese is particularly amazing. I have also actually used the peppermint frosting as a filling for peppermint patty style chocolates, and it blew away everyone that tried them!

This product is just amazing- don't hesitate to stock up for all of your baking needs.

I use this brand often in many flavors. You really can't taste the coconut, it's blended so well it's just a smooth "buttery" icing. It's great for any snacks or cakes you might make. This one is good with brownies. Sometimes I melt it and mix it in the batter or I drizzle it over the brownies. Excellent healthier choice! Yum!

So these are really great for dairy free folks cause they do taste good! However"¦. If you have trouble with palm oil (or whatever it's called) then don't use this. Even though it tastes good, I got stomach pain every time I ate it. I tried it a few times to make sure it wasn't something else and it hurt my belly each time. It must've been the palm oil because it's the only ingredient in there I haven't used before. Oh well, I'll keep looking!

I'm really excited to have something non toxic in the pantry to grab when something speedy is needed and I don't have what's required for a homemade icing. Superb!
