I was excited to receive this bag since I was planning to use it on the weekend. I had high hopes due to the positive reviews. Upon opening the bag I couldn't help but notice that it was a little crooked. I figured it needed to be molded up by stuff since it's been smashed in a box. I added some typical items that I would usually carry and let me say that I love the all around inside pockets. They're perfect. I had tons of space in the main bag to back a pajama set for my 15 month old and 3.5 year old.

Sadly the "off" bag didn't really fix itself. It felt like more of the outside shell had been shewn in and there was "extra" fabric on the inside. Not so much but enough to make the outside bag look a little tugged. Also, one side of the top (where the zipper closes) is more tucked (sewn) in than the other side. I think this is contributing to the "off feel" of the fabric since one side is being pinched more than the other I also felt like the bottom back of the bag kept digging into my back. The bottom is really sturn and I feel like whatever material they used is doing it's job at holding it in shape, however I could feel that part really sitting on my back.

I've included some pictures. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect some sort of quality control and not an off symmetrical bag. I'll be returning this. I don't know if I received a defective bag. Not sure if I'll try again or keep looking elsewhere.

I realize these may look like small and irrelevant issues, but they make a huge difference on how the bag feels/stands and packs without awkward bumps and textile snags

Forgot to include 2 more pictures. Zippers fabric already shows some threads. I worry that they will be an issue later. Also a small stitch from the inside came out and clearly shows on the outside.

I received my new diaper bag today. It far exceeds my expectations. The material is butter soft, and will only get softer with use. All the zippers and hardware are of great quality. The zippers can be zipped/unzipped with one hand. The pockets inside and out will make organizing baby items as well as mine a piece of cake. The back pack straps are positioned well, and the shoulder strap is very handy as well. I honestly love it so much I might order another one in a different color. If you were wanting a Fawn but turned your nose up at the high price tag purchase this instead. You will love it.

Let me preface this by saying the bag is awesome, I really like the pockets, that I can switch between backpack and crossbody, it's perfect for taking to work since it doesn't read DIAPER BAG but I'm disappointed in the quality. I purchased the bag and started using it back in late August and by mid-October it's already having quality issues. I rarely use the zipper portion and tend to just leave it open but my daughter has started to rifle though my bags so around late September I started trying to zip it up. By early October I noticed it was harder to zip than normal but thought maybe it was just the zipper, then I noticed that the fabric is ripped. For a $40 bag it should not be falling apart after less than 3 months of use, I'm extremely disappointed because this bag checked everything off my list but it's already time to find a new one and now I'm out the money I spent on this. So maybe if you have a very small child or don't plan on using the zipper that much then definitely purchase because all other aspects of the bag are amazing.

Like every other reviewer, I had my heart set on Fawn Design.. I even purchased used and loved a Fawn, UNTIL I found Miss Fong and dumped my Fawn in a heartbeat.

I had been on the hunt for a cheaper alternative, because I wanted to add to my diaper bag collection without breaking the bank. I discovered Miss Fong and after second-guessing the $45 price (this had to be too good to be true), I finally placed my order. My new bag arrived in 2 Days, big thanks to Prime!!

I anxiously unboxed my Miss Fong and was instantly impressed with the packaging. It came in a fabric, drawstring pouch (similar to the Fawn). When I removed it from the pouch, I fell IN LOVE. The Miss Fong has a sturdier, sleeker faux leather than the Fawn. It looks extremely high end, but in a casual way! I love the gold zippers and really love that there isn't a brand name posted all over this bag, which is a huge Fawn downfall. I can't stand the over-branding on the Fawn... Miss Fong is very similar in looks with a Fawn, BUT Miss Fong implemented the coolest details to make her bag even more functional. Miss Fong bags have a grey, nylon-ish interior that makes cleaning them soooo easy!! Even the outside wipes off nicely!!

The zippers on my bag move smoothly and look very expensive. Miss Fong included insulated bottle pockets inside the bag, which is super thoughtful!! There are also mesh pockets that, again, make clean ups a breeze!! Another bonus with the Miss Fong bag is that there is an exterior wipe pocket. I'm able to wear my backpack and literally reach to my back, pull out a wipe and keep on moving. This has been a major bonus!!

After receiving a few complaints about the diaper bag straps digging into the lower back, Miss Fong changed the design and altered the straps to make them more comfortable. Then, she created a whole new style of straps, giving added versatility and meeting her customers wishes! After falling in love with my first Miss Fong, I have ordered all of the other colors and am selling my Fawn Design. I highly recommend the Miss Fong bags over the more expensive competitor!

I really need to rave about the owner of this company.. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service and the determination to create a genuinely great product!! She has changed the design of the bag a few times, after actually reading her reviews and taking the time to care. Each step that has been made to better this product has blown my mind... There has been so much thought and actual love put into this brand and it truly shows!! Way to go Miss Fong!! You've created my absolute dream diaper bag!!!

I am thrilled with this bag. The color is spot on, the straps have so far proven very durable and it is roomy enough to carry the diapers/wipes I need for a toddler and twin infants, as well as my nursing cover, outfit changes, wallet, small books and toys, etc. I get compliments on it everywhere I go, and no one believes it's an actual diaper bag.

My only complaints being that I wish the elastic pockets were a teensy bit bigger, I like to put the diapers in then to keep them from getting crumpled and it's difficult to fit more than 3 or 4 in each one. I also should have been smart enough to get the black bag so as not to worry about scuff marks (5 children under the age of six there is bound to be some dirt in my life) but I am still very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order again.
