These taste great! I catch myself munching on them when I'm not really paying attention. They are packaged well and stay fresh for a long time.
Not the healthiest, or cheapest, but best option for nights you don't feel like cooking rice.

Uncle Ben's Read Rice: Long Grain & Wild works well for nights when you don't have time to cook.
I often make vegetable stir fry. I saute a bunch of vegetables, and cook rice separately. The last time I made stir fry, I made enough vegetables for two servings, but not enough rice. I was thankful to have this ready rice on hand for my leftovers the next day. Even though I was using white rice for my stir fry, this back up plan tasted just as good. The rice is fairly salty, and expensive compared to a bulk-bay of rice. But it really is nice to have this instant rice on hand for nights you don't feel like cooking.
