A must of you have kiddos! I have a table cloth under this and it works as well.

Update: so the last one I ordered lasted about 6 months, I had to do patch work with clear packing tape here and there because my kid got crazy stabbing ot with a pen. I ordered a new one for the holidays and I still stand by my statement. It's 100% worth it if you have kids but also want a pretty table that's easy to clean. Things to consider, hot plates will make the plastic weak. so silicone place mats are a life saver not pretty but they roll up to tuck away. I do wish the top was thicker, and the bottom the way it is. Just so it lays out flat better. It is extremely wrinkled when you get it. A blow dryer can help that but I'm lazy and let it work it's self flat. I also have 2 kids so wiping it up all the time is helpful too. My family was mind blown about it and kept calling it "a parent hack." All around 100% recommend if you want to protect a table cloth from kids.

I bought this in small to cover an outdoor 42" glass dining table. I live near the beach and between just general dust you get here to squirrels and other animals running up over the table and leaving their calling cards I am over having to clean all that off all the time. There are outdoor table clothes but that not my style. I like to see the table and I just wanted a simple, clear, easy to remove cover ...this fits the bill. I don't believe the intent is to be used outdoors and it's pretty shaded by an umbrella so we'll see how it goes. For the price, I've already ordered a couple more for backup. Recommend.

The price was a little high, it does fit OK but had to be put in the dryer for a few minutes before using it

This was mainly purchased for my 2 toddlers for easy play, clean & eat from. Our table is 41.5" in diameter. It's very clear, durability I rate 4 out of 5. Its not bad at all, I would have wanted thicker (only because my kids are brutal haha). When you unravel from package, its very wrinkled. If you want to throw it on, it does look absolutely horrible. Stretch it out as much as possible. They only way that worked for me to release alot of deep & minor creases, was applying heat from an iron. Put down thin fabric ontop of plastic table cover and iron that fabric. The heat plus the ironing motion (make & forth), helped 90% of all creases. (I put on hottest setting & used thin cotton fabric) I went with the clear so we can continue changing the underlying plastic/vinyl/fabric table cloth for holiday seasons. Good luck on you purchase!

I agree with other reviewers who said this cover is very wrinkled. I didn't bother to try to smooth them, because I had a different use in mind. We have an antique 43" round table that we use for doing puzzles AND we have a mischievous Ragdoll cat. When we finish working on the puzzle, we put this cover over it so pieces don't end up all over the house. It does take two of us to stretch it on though, because it's not much larger than our table. A bonus is that the grandkids have a flat surface for coloring & crafts, while the table & puzzle in progress are protected. Works great for us!
