What I love the most about this date sugar is that it doesn't cluster up like most other date sugars I've gotten before. So cool!

This smells likes brown sugar and I like the fact the date sugar still has it original fiber. It should be noted that the bag says the sugar will not dissolve and so it cannot be used in liquids. Worldwide Botanicals also has a date syrup for this purpose. Both are highly recommended.
