I am so happy that I can still buy this. I've been cooking & using it in everything for years. There is not 1 store around me that sells it anymore. It came fast.

I use this sugar blend all the time. I use it for baking, I use it for my coleslaw,I use it in my homemade cranberry sauce. I pretty much use it for everything and it works great taste great. You just have to be careful when you're baking because sugar and real flour what makes everything rise properly otherwise it will not rise the same ,possibly sink in the middle and be dense. when I use the sugar blend I also change the flour from totally all purpose to some oat flour and some almond flour which is great when your diabetic. When baking anything other than cookies you need to replace only 1/3 -2/3 of it. I always use almond flour and oat flour, a little of each but I never replace more than 2/3 and I always use the sugar blend. Love it!
