Fantastic! Smooth, accurate, easy glide

Hour 1, just installed. This old wood floor has been loosing paint with my new Work From home office. These wheels are like floating on glass despite a 100 year old wood floor! Expensive office chair and had OK wheels but, man do these make a difference. Moves easy sliding directly from side to side. floor roll is easy so far and no issues. Wheels rotate easy and have a good grip on the floor. Im sure i will loose more paint but, the damage to the wood will be NULL at this point. Epoxy paint to come and ill update after that. I never though this would make such a huge impact on a chair!
It's like gliding on glass if that makes sense.

I really, really like this product, and the item arrived next day - on a Sunday. Couldn't believe it. Very pleasantly surprised.
The wheels themselves are awesome. I ordered them to replace the existing wheels on an AllSteel #19 chair that were coming apart at the seams and doing a number on my floor. The old wheels came off with a little effort and the new ones slid right in with zero issues whatsoever. Took me all of maybe five minutes.
The difference is night and day. If you've ever used rollerblades (or a skateboard), think going from an asphalt road to a tennis court. It's that drastic of an improvement on a hardwood floor. It's like gliding on glass if that makes sense. The chair sits maybe a little under a half inch higher with the new wheels than it did before but that took two seconds to adjust the piston. They look great to boot and the color of the housing matches the base of my chair perfectly.
I honestly couldn't be happier with this product and wish I'd installed these on day one with the chair. I'm ordering more for the rest of the AllSteel chairs we have here.

These wheels are great. My old standard wheels were noisy and would collect every bit of dirt in the room so to keep them from damaging my wood floors I hand to use a mat which would wear out every year or 2. Not so with these casters they do not collect dirt, do not mar my floors, and are so quiet that I can roll around my office without disturbing my wife in the next room.

These replaced my old ones perfectly. They look just like they're pictured. These are a little taller than my original ones but I adjusted the chair's pneumatics. The rollers that came on the chair were loud and creating a wear spot in my Hickory floors. These a super silent and a lot softer than the hard plastic wheels that were on the chair. I've had them a week and spend about 8-10 hours in the chair and so far so good.

I have had this product for a few weeks at the time of this review and I couldn't be more satisfied. Having replaced the flooring in my house from carpet to laminate I wanted an alternative wheel that would not damage the floor. After searching around for a long time there are plenty with this style wheel that claim to do not harm to the floors and a lot within this price range but while many have lackluster advertisement regarding their "benefits" over the original casters none convinced me of their quality.
What really sold me on these was seeing their design and engineering that went into overcoming the downfall of most of the cheaper alternatives - breaking apart at the bearing connecting to the stem and spilling ball bearings everywhere. The construction is great, the wheels look great and they're very easy to install. This is actually the second set i've purchased for my fiancé.
My only concern regarding this product is that they only seem to be available through Amazon, without a manufacturer website or alternative source purchasing more could be a challenge depending on inventory availability. All the same I would still highly recommend them.
