Love these markers
K. D'Anna✓ Verified PurchaseApril 28, 2018
I love these markers! They're great for drawing, shading, and coloring. After getting this set I was so pleased I ordered the two 6-packs, their fine liners, and Art-n-Fly even set me up with a special 24-pack B set so I could get the rest of the markers available in the 48 pack. Their customer service is so helpful. :)

I've used them on some plain paper and marker/mixed media paper--they do bleed a little bit if you're using them in a coloring book and not on a sketch/mixed media notebook. It's easy to account for once you know how much they bleed. I think the only issue I've had is one of the paler skin tones seems to be dried out--I'm going to try using some rubbing alcohol to rehydrate it before I take it up with the company or order a refill.

One suggestion I'd have for the company would be to create a color chart that users can buy or print out and use to fill in the colors so they can use it as a reference. (Similar to what Copic offers.)
Lots of Positive Reasons to Purchase these

Markers were well packaged for shipment and delivery. You can store them in the box but if you are frequently using them or are particular about your art tools, you'll probably swap them into another case. It's probably where some savings come in on the price of the markers and I'm all for that. They are not Copic brand but they are definitely worth the purchase. The brush nibs are smooth and appear to be durable. I used one on some rough paper and they held their shape (although I would not do this again). The caps were all secure and ink was full. I prepared a color swatch to check each pen and each was in good working order. The color swatch is a must because the cap colors do not match the ink. I don't consider this a huge problem - swatches are needed for variations in paper/marker board no matter what brand you buy (imho). The inks are vibrant and intense and the blender works as it should. I would have expected more softer/lighter shades for skin tone and shading/blending across the color spectrum, but as for a con - only one glaring issue was noted in ink colors - the browns. Two of the browns are identical in color although coded/labeled as two distinctly different shades. To the naked eye there is no difference and you would have to examine it under strong lighting to discern any value change in pigment.
All in all a very solid purchase for me. I'm happy with them.
Great brush markers!

PROS:
The brush nibs on these are fantastic, and very comparable to the Copic Ciaos that I also own. I love how affordable these markers are (especially since they do sell color refills and replacements on the artfly website)! I got the 24 pack which has a decent amount of colors, especially for deeper skintones which I am very pleased with. I use these with another (cheap) brand of alcohol markers w/ sketch nibs and some Copic Ciao's and they blend together very easily. The brush nib color blender that comes with this set is also very handy.

CONS:
Several of the cap colors do not resemble the true colors and can be very misleading, so (this applies with ALL marker sets) PLEASE MAKE A SWATCH SHEET of all of the markers and label them that way you do not grab a shade and mess up whatever piece you're working on.

Otherwise I love these markers. Thanks Artfly for making such an affordable, quality product!
Very nice product.

Very happy with these markers. The quality is good, and I'm happy they're refillable. Makes them feel like more of an investment, and a good alternative to Copics. The brush tip is very nice. I picked up the skin tone pack and I'm quite pleased with it. I wish there was a little bit more variety in the lighter toned colors - 109BR, 29YR, and 141Y are all pretty similar. But if you layer them, the differences become more apparent. Overall, a useful, fun set. I would buy more of these Art-n-Fly markers in the future, and this set was a good addition to my collection.
but I don't like the color discrepancy between the cap and the actual ...

I don't know how important this is to other people and people who are familiar with their supplies, but I don't like the color discrepancy between the cap and the actual ink. I mean I can understand if it's sorta off, but some of these are just different colors in my eyes. I had to swatch these to even remotely begin to using them. (both skin and 24-color sets)
By the way, none of the 6 piece skin set markers had this problem, however I had a couple markers in the 24-color set with uhhh frayed tips on the brush end? Not exactly frayed, but it wasn't a clean tip like the rest of the markers. For example, I would run the marker down the page on its side and there will be a thick line and a skinny itty bitty thin line right beside it.. And some colors may or may not have slight differences between the brush and chisel end. I'm not sure if I imagined that but I never bothered to go back and make sure (SORRY. I KIND OF ONLY USE THE BRUSH END.)

Adding my swatches with some of the cap colors.
