This is a really cool exercise tool. It is perfect for leg lounges and balancing. It can even double as a seat cushion. This is the perfect addition to my exercise routine. I've only been using mine for about a week, but it really hasn't stretched at all. That was my biggest worry but so far so good. I'm going to have to buy another one because my granddaughter thinks it's a toy. I would buy this product again. I bought the blue one and I'm not sure the difference between the colors. I just know that the blue one is great.

I like the core balance. I can use it for yoga and i can also use it for sitting. It does help with your lower back. I wish i came with a manual though. Beside that this product serve its purpose.

There were no instructions with the boxed product that I received, and I ended up accidentally breaking the pump because I didn't know how to use it, and didn't ever find the needle. I ended up using a needle I already had, and a bicycle pump, to inflate the stability disc. Also, because there were no instructions in my package, I don't know how far to inflate the disc, and have to just experiment with what is most beneficial. I use it at my desk, both in the chair, and balancing on it from a standing position. It does force your body (core) to do a little work (just enough to kind of keep you awake), but it didn't do anything for me as far as fitness. However, if you AREN'T a mild gym rat, and don't routinely have time to exercise, this is MUCH better than nothing! It did help relieve some back stress, but I would not expect it to solve back problems on its own - it is only an incremental improvement.
