I don't have plantar fasciitis but I do have fairly severe nerve damage that causes my feet to occasionally swell and creates a burning sensation that occasionally makes it hard for me to even walk. I've tried a bunch of different things looking for relief, from topical creams to herbs to compression socks to prescription medicines. I don't have health insurance anymore, so my options are limited. This is the first time I've had something over the counter work so quickly to bring me relief!
I can wear these with just about any pair of shoes including flip-flops, which is great for the Florida heat. I love that my toes are exposed, because compression socks often make me feel suffocated. They keep the swelling down on long drives, and keep the burning and tingling down to a bearable minimum. I wear them every day now! (Hand wash warm and hang to dry). Even comfortable enough to wear to sleep.
Just make sure to base your size on arch circumference measurement! If I had ordered based on my shoe size they would have been too small, but the arch measurement was perfect.

I received this item in exchange of my honest review. At first I wasn't sure about these socks as I tried it on and I thought it was a little too tight and didn't see the purpose and thought it would block the circulation. BUT I changed my mind, after a long day on my feel I was tired, with tired legs and feet and so I decided to try the socks and WOW!!!! It felt sooooo good! It completely relieved all my tiredness and my feet were so refreshed! After wearing them for a little while I noticed that my pain was completely gone and my feet and legs felt brand new. I gave it a 4 star only because it was a little shorter than it seems it should be. the front falls right under the ball of my feet . It seems as thought it should go all the way to the ball of my feet under the toes like on the picture. I am size 8.5 US shoes and I ordered medium. Although it didn't feel uncomfortable at all so maybe I'm wrong and it is where it's supposed to be. I'm not sure. I definitely would recommend. I'm holding on to my socks! :-)

I only wear one on my right foot because that is where the majority of my pain and discomfort is; however, I am probably going to start to wear both of them since they seem to work so well, so far. The compression is very comforting and relieves a lot of my pain. I'm on my feet for greater than 12 hours a day when I work because I am a RN in the hospital, so these have been great for me. I've tried other types and brands before in the past, but they usually didn't last longer than a week or two. These seem to be holding up very well, but only time will tell. The ONLY complaint that I really have is based on the sizing. I generally wear a men's shoe size 9-10, and I purchased the size Medium for these based on the chart. As they do fit my foot, they are slightly difficult and time consuming to get on. Other than that though, I recommend these!

I got new shoes, and my right foot started hurting to the point I could barely walk. And the pain was worse in the morning.
Boom! Plantar Fasciitis had taken over my right foot, and only one pair of shoes felt good on my feet. The only problem is that they those shoes don't look good with everything.
Then I found my son's old Crocs and gave them a try. The pain was lessened but still did not go away.
A friend told me to get a night splint. One look at those, and I said there is no way I could sleep in that for even a couple of hours. I saw these in my search and thought they might be worth a try before going for a night splint. They are the best money I spent on my feet ever! The moment I put it on, my foot stopped hurting. It took some getting used to, but the pain was gone. I then only wore it for a couple of hours after work, and the pain lessened and lessened. Two weeks later, and I am pain free all day when I wear it at night.
The directions say to air dry, but my husband accidentally put them in the dryer. They still work great! I'm just glad I can wear my cute shoes again and walk!

These socks are great for anyone with any level of foot pain. I'm a runner and on occasion my heel will really hurt from being fatigued. I've gone to the foot doctor and they've given me a steroid shot to help when it's more severe, but aside from avoiding muscle fatigue form normal exercise, there's not much else that can be done to help me avoid it.
I'm not one to just sit and do nothing so I have to find alternative ways to help my heel/foot recover. After finding there on amazon, I'm hopeful these will offer significant relief.
