This is a very well-made product. I love the design and the big multi-functional buttons. The price is very reasonable considering that the inner pot is made of stainless steel with additional SS rack and steamer. I had used this product in cooking rice and Spanish Flan, and the results were quite amazing and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this product.

I've owed 2 , And this is the improved design..much better..quality, easier to use, gaskets remove simple and replacement gaskets are inexpensive..( always get a couple extra when you purchase) only 7$... More powerfull, all stainless,high quality, simple to clean.

Buyer BEWARE, because right now I am beside myself! I thought I loved this unit. I bought it in December & use it on several occasions. Had an issue with the pressure knob within 3 months ....the unit began "leaking steam" and loosing pressure. I called in & they understood IMMEDIATELY what was wrong. They sent a new pressure knob that my husband had to replace....not easy, but he got it done. The next time I used it it worked great. HOWEVER, the heating element (or something) stopped working the very next time I used it. It would not brown, slow cook or pressure cook. I called in & that is where the CUSTOMER SERVICE disappeared. I was told that I would have to ship the unit back to them at MY cost because it was past their 30 day return policy. I asked to talk to a supervisor. She was absolutely rude! I asked to talk to an owner or someone higher up & she told me......QUOTE" " Our owners are busy and do not have time to talk to customers". I even explained to her that I would be posting this review & she said............Well, mam, you have a nice day, o.k.?. My next step is to call Amazon. I can not understand why they would want to be associated with such a seller.

I have both the 6 and 8 quart models - they work exceptionally well. As a cookbook author, blogger and food photographer I demand consistent and reliable results - My GoWise USA multi cooker are the only that I recommend.

Sadly as much as I wanted to like this it has been nothing but trouble since I opened it christmas morning. :( The lid was pouring out steam and not reaching pressure, re-opened and closed several times, pushed down slightly and finally it made a short dying elephant noise and the vent popped up and the steam stopped and it quickly reached pressure and processed the food though the pressure dropped steadily down well past 8 by the time the 6 minutes was up though it was set on high pressure. Next use, same issue only it took longer and more effort to get it to finally seal and then decided to throw an overheating code after I finally got it to seal -_-. Unplugged it, slowly released pressure, plugged it back in and it started where it had left off though it no longer was showing the psi numbers. Finished out the cycle let it cool naturally for 10 minutes and the bottom was showing uneven heating, some sections were very brown and others were fine. Overall, very disappointing as I was really looking forward to this christmas present :( (adding pictures of the steam pouring out around the edge)
