I love my food dehydrator!! I got this for myself for Christmas and since then I'm using it almost every other day. My baby love the fruit leather/roll ups I made the other day! I highly highly recomend this brand. It is really affordable and not so loud.

We love this little dehydrator! I finished drying 4 full loads of beautiful ripe persimmons. Very easy to program and use with the appliance doing a great job of drying all of this thinly sliced fruit evenly. It was easy to pop off the stainless steel mesh trays and quickly wash and reload. The dehydrated persimmons are just delicious. I popped out the cap and scrubbed with a veggie brush before slicing 1/4" thick rounds. I also liked the little instruction booklet included.

This is an amazing product for the price. I dehydrate about 10 lbs of beef jerky a week. I used 2 round dehydrators and I would have to rotate them to get them to dry evenly. This product dries the perfect everytime. I have the meat cut at a little above 1/4" and it dries in 5 hours. Drying times differ depending on the thickness of the meat.

It is built better than I thought it would be for the price. Took a little longer than I expected, but our first load was 9 shelves of 3/8 thick tomatoes. (17 hours at 113 DF) Over all we are very happy with the Magic Mill. Instruction book is done nicely.
