I've been buying and enjoying this coffee for several years, but my last purchase may cause me to change my mind. For some reason about half of the pods have been defective. When they brew the water doesn't go through the pod. Instead, it flows over the top without seeping through the coffee and I end up with what looks like tea in my mug instead of coffee. The only remedy is using a knife to perforate the pod lid so the hot water will actually seep through the coffee and even then it doesn't always work. What changed for the worse in the manufacturing process, Organic Coffee Co.?
