Wow! This Electric Auger does what it claims to. When I recieved my auger I was amazed at how small and light it was. I was thinking it would be like one of those big augers that weigh a-ton and can be heard a mile away but this one was quiet (good for getting gofers). But this auger is compact, effiecient and strong, boring holes all over my land for my garden needs. I ran the auger for hours the first couple days of using and had ZERO issues. At first I was curious how well this auger would keep up with other augers on the market but this auger kept up great and exceeded my expectations. For the price I paid in contrast to other augers, hands down this auger is the BEST!
I can't say enough about this auger, I am really happy I purchased it from Great Circle and my honest opinion is, this company and their product are the real deal. With all the info provided and the user manual, it was super easy to understand how this auger functions. When I called the customer service inquiring about additional info for the auger and other accessories, the customer service was awesome in helping me.
I will definitely be buying the extra 4 amp battery pack for longer boring, in the very near future. Over all great product and service, lots of other cool tools for my land that I still need, I am now on board with Great Circle and will be purchasing from their product line. All in All, I give it 5-stars. From every aspect, auger to the customer service, I am a happy and new loyal customer.
