I got these for making more flavorful meals while camping. This is perfect, way easier than lugging in a cardboard or tin container, or a repackaged deal like a bottle. It packs a ton of good flavor too. Used for beef stroganoff, but also makes a stellar gravy. It held up to the high heat in my cast iron without getting salty.

Love this stuff... use it for making dairy-free quick beef demi-glaces with a little Sherry. It tastes WAAAYYYY better than the other concentrates. Like good enough to eat on its own. The other ones taste god-awful.
