Used this to replace a non-MPPT charge controller so that I could get more power out of a 100W panel. What I would REALLY want is two 100W panels in series (not parallel so that one shaded doesn't affect the other) and then use the MPPT to optimize, but the flexible panels I am using on an RV are 20-22V OCV, and that exceeds their recommended max input.
Hopefully the next version will take in up to, say, 60VDC OCV. But still five stars because it never claimed to do that, and is solid and performs as expected.

Excellent well featured and reliable product. Have used for a month now on a sailboat with 320W @17V Solar Panels. Display is great to watch and you always know where your batteries are at. I have seen 17.5A on 12 April at noon and I live at 33N. I expect maybe another 1/2 A by June. The Front panel does get slightly warm 106F when charging but never has it been hot to the touch. Shipment from vendor was prompt and accurate.

So far I love this product. I only bought it because it fits my old flush mount controller cut out and for the customizable charge profiles and temperature compensation for my Firefly carbon foam batteries and didn't think I would see a big boost in charging amperage. I see a BIG boost in charging amperage. Like 30% plus across the board from my old PWM go power controller. Under the best conditions with my old controller I saw around 8 amps. It is not uncommon now to be charging above 12. Awesome product

I've used a variety of solar components and after using this unit, I wouldn't use anything else. Left everything on the factory settings for now. I had a pwm controller and always had low power coming in and low power in the batteries. I put this thing in and now I always have enough power to do whatever I want. Excellent unit.
