Expensive but worth it.

I've always had an irrational fear of not producing enough milk to get my son to the 1 year mark. Recently, I have seen my milk production slow down. I went from storing roughly 12 oz a day to 10 oz. After using MILKFUL lactation bars I am back up to my 12 oz a day, and even had 13.5 oz to store today!

Love these bars! Unlike lactation cookies or other bars, these are not full of sugar and have a very natural taste and pleasant texture. And they are soy, gluten and dairy free which is great especially in case your baby may have a food allergy or sensitivity. Super happy with the purchase.

Not worth the money

I wanted to like these because I am a fan of the milk bars made by the munchkin brand, however these just taste terrible and are so dry to eat. I bought these for the variety of flavor but can't even stomach eating them, I hate that I wasted so much money on them; I do not recommend these.
