First i would like to say it's a great car speakerphone

First i would like to say it's a great car speakerphone. Never saw such a quick connection to from "On" until connected, almost immediately. Sound is good, no complaints from the other person/side of the call.
All that being said, ,two things to notice:
1.While pairing a second phone, it becomes the primary and the only way to connect the first one is manually in the phone Bluetooth settings, so don't pair that second phone..
2. Sometimes, not in all calls, there is a second or two delay until the other side can hear me when the call starts. I am using a brand new iphone 8 Plus so i don't think it's a phone issue.

I bought this for my mom who is NOT tech savvy at all. She has no trouble using this unit. It pairs with her phone every time she gets in the car (as long as she doesn't turn off the Bluetooth on her phone). She has hearing aids in both ears, so ear buds are not an option. She has zero problems hearing and understanding people on this unit, even over the road noise. I have talked to her while she is using this and it sounds very much like a speaker phone - not perfect but very legible (audible?). The spoken alerts, ease of use, large buttons, and clear audio all combine to make this purchase a no-brainer. She absolutely loves it.

It is loud and clear mounted on my visor. Everyone I talk to says it sounds loud & clear on their end. I have been using a Jabra 2 in another vehicle which works great but has been discontinued for some reason. I recently bought a cheaper bluetooth for my 2nd vehicle but had to return it because people said it sounded bad. This one is as good or better than my Jabra 2. I like the fact that it turns on automatically when I enter the car and turns off when I leave, saving battery.

Instructions are beyond terrible and trying to understand unit's built in speech is impossible. That said, unit works very well--very understandable for both person listening to calls on unit and person at other end. When trying to understand the unit's canned voice, if you hear something that sounds like two words, that's the one to accept. When powering on something basically unintelligible will be said--what the unit is saying is "power on"--it's just information, nothing you have to respond to. The maker mentions on their website that they speak English with a French accent--the unit might as well speak in French--you won't understand it anyhow. My wife and I listened many times trying to figure out what was being said then just decided to take a stab at accepting anything it said--that was the magic cure. I was going to return it--glad I didn't be be prepared for frustration and wanting to smash the unit and its "French accent".
It does what it says it will do!

Works exactly as it should--very good sound quality and no complaints from the caller on the other line. My garage is close to my house and within range, but by disconnecting while in the back of the house it stays disconnected until i get in the car again. As soon as I open and shut the door it powers on and connects-very convenient. Highly recommend!
