Decent alternative to Midland brand earpiece

These headsets work pretty well. We have used them for a couple weeks now, but not daily and not for more than a couple hours each time so the longevity is yet to be determined. Will increase star review after more usage if they keep working as they have been. Only two things we wish were different right now. 1. the cords are a little short to the mic/call button so you cannot run this down your sleeve inside a sport coat. It can only be clipped on lapel, which is ok, but not ideal. 2. The clear detachable ear section should be sold separately as well so the radios can be more easily shared by multiple users / shifts. The black cord and mic shouldn't need to be pulled off the radio for each person.
