I bought this for my teen daughter for cosplay. She is size XS. She debated between several similar products, and finally settled on this one after reading reviews about its soft material and thick layers. She has been thrilled by how well the petticoat lived up to the reviews, and how full the layers are. Even after coming out of shrink wrap packaging, the petticoat sprung easily back to a full shape with only some minor wrinkling that isn't seen under clothing layers. She has danced around the house in it like a little girl at play. Lol! We bought a basic white, so that it can be used with an array of outfits. Putting this petticoat on under some of her casual knee length dresses has definitely given them an instant formal upgrade. I am a women's sz M/LG, and the petticoat also fits me comfortably with some room to spare. I would estimate that the waistband would stretch to fit a sz XL.
