This thing works great but is just missing a few things. Its a good value and holds plenty of coffee but the pump doesn't push out as much fluid as some of the other "airpots" Ive used before. Theres also no level indication.

we used these at a baby shower for a hot chocolate bar and we prepared the hot chocolate hours in advance of the shower. It stayed hot, not just warm, all night and was still hot when we finally got home. This morning the hot chocolate is still warm - Over 12 hours later. I had used boiling water when making the hot chocolate in hopes it wouldn't get cold by the time people were drinking it but that was not necessary and maybe was too hot at the shower. I'll know for next time. Well worth the money!

We chose this model for it's capacity (2 full pots) and the location of the spout. It's on top by the pump handle rather than fixed to the side of the canister. We've seen these pots constructed both ways and we definitely prefer this design.
The unit does an excellent job keeping things hot. Its effectiveness here greatly exceeds that if my extra-large thermos. The price is reasonable, too.
We'll have to see how long it lasts, but as of today I cannot find a reason to deduct even a single star.

Excellent pot. Keeps the coffee hot for hours. We use it for meetings and can still drink the coffee the next day. We like the fact that the pot will rotate and find the dispensing mechanism to be more reliable than the old version we used to use.
