Thought I was taking the best women's multivitamin on the market for someone with malabsorption problems. Not so, my Doctor at the Mayo Clinic recommended this particular brand of Flinstone because it has many minerals other multivitamins leave out. (copper, zinc, etc.) Chewable because it absorbs into your system better.

Who hasn't taken Flintstones? I took them as a child and now my kids take them. I have looked for nature alternatives but my son eats very little meat and according to his pediatrician, he needs the iron Flintstones provides. So we are 2nd generation Flintstone followers.

I take this, as a 33 year old woman. I've taken them since I was a child. I have trouble swallowing pills, and I don't care for gummy vitamins. I can see how not everyone would like the taste/texture of these. So if you are unsure, try a smaller bottle or try to get a sample. I enjoy it, and I love that 1 pill is all I need. When I'm pregnant, my OBGYN recommends me take 2 of these.

I think I bought these when I was drunk while being nostalgic about how I always took these when I was a kid. Although my adult-self can't really get over the chalky texture, they still taste great and is a nice supplement once in a while.
