I've had some vertigo and tried this in desperation. It seems to occur when I roll over in bed. If I feel the dizziness, i immediately roll some of this behind my ears. I don't know why but it seems to help a bit. I keep it by my bed or make sure to have it with me for peace of mind. It helps me feel like I can do something until I can get help from an ENT. It has a pleasant smell and NO side effects. I would recommend it and will definitely buy it again although it should last a long time. I did NOT receive any products or promotions for this review.

I got tonight and was truly curious if this going to work. I was using Frankincense and worked also, need little bit more time to kick in, but not much difference. I need to use very frequently so it works only in a short period of time. Better something that nothing. I hope if you use on regular basis and frequently will become more consistent to treat vertigo. Good luck to everyone!

Do have bouts with vertigo. This seems to cut down the intensity of episodes. I also increased my Vitamin D3/K2 intake, and episodes decrease substantially.
