Purchased this item twice, unfortunately the first one that arrived was defective. The 12 volt power cord was lose in the jack at the back of the unit. However, upon contacting Amazon Customer Service I was immediately refunded due to the item being a third-party item. Therefore a replacement could not be processed. However with the refund I was able to immediately repurchase the item and have it sent to my home. The second unit is in perfect condition no issues so far, the speakers and sound are great. The ability to tune the radio is simple and smooth. The Bluetooth capability is very good as well. I am excited to display and use this item in my living room and thank Amazon customer service for being so amazing.
