Smells like steak off the grill

I recently had Hiatal surgery and needed a liquid diet for 2 weeks.
I bought several cartons of bone broth and they were very bland.
So I bought these packets of beef to try, wow!! Smelled and tastes like juice from a grilled steak.
I like the taste, smell and convenience, filling with 10g protein, especially recommend for after surgery diets.
Next to order the chicken.
My 90 year old Mom doesn't eat well but will sip on bouillon but has no protein. I'm shipping her some of these.

Be aware that this broth has a lot of salt in it, 700mg of sodium for one packet. Due to a medical condition, this isn't that big of an issue for me. I also don't usually add a lot of salt to foods either, so I'm not too concerned about having this much in one sitting but I know other people might be watching their sodium intake.
Other than that, I really like this broth. It's got a great flavor. One stick is just enough to have with noodles for my lunches. In fact I have a box of the broth in my locker at work. It doesn't take up too much space and I don't have to worry about refrigerating an open container like I would with most other non-dehydrated bone broth.

This broth is pretty good for being a powder. I like it for ease of use. When I'm in a hurry I can just cut top off and add to water and it's ready to go. Is a little expensive, but since I only use once in a while it lasts me longer. It's worth a try.

This is one of the best bone broths I've tried. Like other reviews have noted, it smells and tastes kind of like grilled steak. This helps make up for the flavor needing a little salt"¦but the low sodium level is why I got it. Definitely easy to drink compared to other bone broths I've tried, some with much higher sodium content, which still taste bland and don't have an appealing aroma. Makes for a warm and satisfying morning mug of broth as a breakfast substitute, which I actually look forward to having. It's too early to tell if I've gotten any health benefits from it, but the fact that I enjoy it and look forward to having a mug of it is already a major plus.
