I was Skeptical about this product. It looks very flimsy but I wanted something small to fit on my kitchen prep table, and it worked out great! It's pretty sturdy and my herbs grow Twice as fast under the light. These pics are only 3 weeks old from the day I started my herbs from seeds.. my herbs are bigger now and the difference is amazing. Without a light on then you can see my other herbs in ball jars trying to reach for the light. Great product!

Pleased with this product. Fits well in my one room studio apartment. Very easy to put together. Got white and is a very nice clean bright white. The LED lights work fine as my new seeds are sprouting nicely. Doesn't get hot but top does get slightly warm. There is not a way to customize the timer. Only to turn on then off and back on to start the timer and it automatically runs there after with 16 hrs on and 8 hrs off. But it does seem to lose time as the days go by it turns off earlier and then comes on earlier and if you let it go it will end up on all night and off in the day! Not good for a one room apartment...lol.. So every few days I have to reset the timer. Since it is on for 16 hrs it is rather bright when in a small room but I simply drop a lightweight scarf over it to dim the light when it will be on during my hours of sleep. Nice light weight. Would recommend this product for small plants. I may need to order another one! It was packed well and came on time. Haven't needed to contact company about anything so don't know about customer service.
