Sometimes we cook a large meal, so we can freeze half of it, for another dinner. It is very good for that. My daughter is starting to cook, and is trying all types of meals. She loves cooking and learning to cook. We love non stick pans. This is a very good one, for a very good price.

Only 5 qt. pot!!! Deep scratches under the coating!

First of all, it came with scratches in the pot with the coppper-ramic coating over the scratches. TWO! It isn't an 8.5 qt. pot!!! It is a 5 qt. pot. I filled it with water and that is all it held! I already have a 5 qt. pot. Why did they lie? One look at the box it came in and you new it couldnt be that big! Craftsmanship is junk too! Sending back!
